Julio Iglesias - Natal Chart Interpretation
Horoscope interpretation comes down to combining the meanings of the four basic elements of astrology — Planets, Signs, Aspects, and Houses — into a single whole, which is what makes each interpretation individual. More...
SUN
Strength: 52.33
Harmony: -12.23
The SUN is the most important luminary, the center of life force. It can be compared to the king on a chessboard. It determines the health and well-being of the person born. It gives a creative impulse and ideals, including the desire for power, influence, and strength.
The position of the main luminary in the natal chart has fateful significance. For example, the happiest people on Earth are those who do not have pronounced tense aspects to the Sun. At the same time, one might think that their character traits may be somewhat “soft,” because through the Sun a person develops the ego and strengthens the inner backbone of life. It is important to remember that the Sun represents the inner mind, not instinct. More...
Q Sun in Virgo h 29°
Virgo is a materialistic nature. The Earth element, which governs their spiritual foundation, makes Virgo pay great attention to all kinds of everyday details. For this reason, a representative of this sign is highly critical of other people’s shortcomings and of the imperfections of the world around them. At the same time, a Virgo Sun begins the fight for order by bringing cleanliness into their own home.

Sun Aspects
Just as all the planets in the solar system revolve around the Sun, a person receives their life purpose from the Sun in the natal chart. The Sun is the ego, the “inner child” that makes the final decisions. It guides the person and can be considered the “boss” of the natal chart, especially in the charts of men. Read more
ASCENDANT
Strength: 36.88
Harmony: -13.85
In the birth chart, the Ascendant is the cusp of the First House. It is the second most important factor after the position of the Sun. The position of the Ascendant in the signs of the Zodiac determines how a person manifests outwardly. The position of a planet on the Ascendant significantly strengthens the expression of that planet’s qualities in the person. In general, the position of planets on or near the Ascendant is the third most important factor. The symbol used in the table is (ASC).
The Ascendant speaks of the mask a person wears in public; it is the first impression they make when meeting people. Often, when the person is puzzled by how others describe them, it is because others are describing this aspect of their personality. The Ascendant is present in the person’s appearance and individuality, sometimes extending as far as influencing physical characteristics. The sign becomes noticeably expressed in their image, style, and manner of carrying themselves. It is also reflected in the way they act. Some astrologers believe that the sign becomes weaker after a person reaches the age of 30, as their confidence in who they are grows. The rising sign manifests in the first personal traits inherent in the person and in the way they react to their environment.
ASCENDANT in Scorpio k 09° - Ruler Pluto and Mars
Pluto, the senior ruler of Scorpio, governs transformation, sexual instincts, and the destruction of the old. It gives typical representatives of the sign endurance, mystery, and heightened sexuality. In its negative form, these influences become jealousy, lack of restraint, and a desire to destroy everything, even to one’s own detriment. People of the sign Scorpio may see everything negative in others and are capable of striking at the most painful spot.
People born with Scorpio Rising are usually secretive, deep, reserved, mysterious, restrained, courageous, strong-willed, persistent, stubborn, creative, self-sufficient, independent, and quiet. This is a powerful rising sign. It represents a battlefield where the person’s higher and lower selves must fight. They must be brought into alignment, and in the end, the lower self must submit and obey the higher self — the God within. Every level without exception will be involved in this struggle: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Outwardly calm, they may be highly emotional inside. As the saying goes, still waters run deep.
They tend to be quiet and always want to know other people’s motives, while never revealing their own. They truly enjoy playing detective, because they need to know everything: how, when, and why. They have enough determination and strength to overcome any opponent, even themselves. But the first things they must overcome are resentment, jealousy, and possessiveness. They may be interested in occult abilities, death, and healing. They can be a devil or an angel, an eagle or a stinging scorpion.
The main lesson to learn: learn to forgive.
Pluto and Mars rule Scorpio, so both Mars and Pluto will play an important role in the natal chart. Read more...
Ascendant Aspects:
MIDHEAVEN (MC)
Strength: 54.06
Harmony: -0.08

The Midheaven (Meridian, MC) is the culminating point of the natal chart. It symbolizes the noon of life and coincides with the cusp of the Tenth House of the horoscope. The Meridian line, MC - IC, is the vertical axis of the horoscope, while the Ascendant - Descendant line (AC - DC) is the horizontal axis. Together, they form the so-called “axial cross,” or “cross of fate.” In terms of importance, the Midheaven ranks third in the horoscope after the Ascendant and the position of the Sun. The Midheaven, like the Tenth House of the horoscope as a whole, symbolizes everything connected with the person’s profession and social standing: success or lack of success in society, career, popularity, fame, titles, awards, or the absence of these. It shows the person as an individual within society, points to their professional skills, and indicates the possibility of rising up the social ladder.
Midheaven in Leo g 17° - Ruler Sun
Ruler: the Sun. There is a desire to reach the highest rung of the social ladder, hold power over the surrounding world, and become known. A person with the MC in Leo simply needs to be at the center of attention, so they establish connections and contacts with high-ranking people and seek the protection of influential figures. Their plans and affairs are large-scale and grand, strongly egocentric in nature, and placed at the very center of life; everything else can wait. Their achievements must be recognized by society, they personally must receive all the titles and awards due to them, and their name must be written in golden letters in the chronicles of history. With a strong cosmic status of the Sun and favorable configurations, this is entirely achievable; without these indicators, it remains only a dream.
In any case, with this Midheaven placement the person’s ambitions are usually great and often inflated, but even under less favorable indications they still receive some form of compensation. The striving for the heights of fame is usually based not only on a desire for glory and prestige, but also on the wish for a secure life in which the soul has everything it wants. A scandalous love affair may often stand in the way of the goal, although under favorable indications the same love affair may greatly shorten the path to the top. Read more...

MOON
Strength: 14.76
Harmony: -2.22
The Moon is a transmitter of sensations, emotions, and moods. It rules the spheres of the soul and subconscious, innate reflexes, and habits that come from childhood. The Moon is the ruler of Cancer. Taurus is considered the sign of its exaltation. Capricorn is considered the sign of its fall, and Scorpio the sign of its detriment, or exile. If the Moon has strong essential dignity in the horoscope and forms harmonious interactions with other planets in the natal chart, the native feels inner harmony; even when difficulties arise in life, they overcome periods of trouble with ease.

The Moon: the second most important luminary, and often the first in a woman’s chart. The Moon gathers and transforms the energy of the other planets, especially the Sun. Lunar Cancers are very easily affected by the emotional atmosphere around them. They absorb every feeling like a sponge. Most likely, this is why they can become overly moody, irritable, and changeable in thought and feeling.

From a psychological point of view, Jupiter embodies the generous, fair father. Its main enemies are stagnation and boredom. The giant rules the Ninth and Twelfth Houses.

Uranus is a symbol of suddenness and surprise, originality and eccentricity, unforeseen actions and behavior, various shifts and changes, turning points and rearrangements of both a positive and negative nature. Under its influence, past and present values are reassessed, and the future is anticipated.
Uranus is the sign of higher reason and almost supernatural intuition. It gives rise to true geniuses, people who are ahead of their time and remain misunderstood by their own generation. Uranus represents a projected point of the unconscious, yet it brings highly symbolic images and impulses into a person’s consciousness, arising both while awake and in dreams. This distinctive power to form images gives birth to intuition and inspiration, a flash of creative force, as well as scientists and inventors, poets and performers, musicians and artists, statesmen and political figures, religious reformers and revolutionaries.
Driven by the desire to play by its own rules, Uranus embodies change, reform, evolution, and revolution. More...

The Houses provide information about how, where, and to what extent a person's characteristic traits will manifest, how their potential will be revealed, and how all of this will be realized in everyday life. Each House represents a specific sphere of human life. The Houses reflect a person's life in society, the kind of person life compels them to become, and show acquired skills, habits, methods, and goals that life sets before the person, as well as the ways through which they will move toward their goal.

1st House in Scorpio - Ruler of Pluto and Mars
The First House is angular, which means it possesses qualities such as activity, initiative, and dynamism. It is the first of the Houses of life, and in this capacity, it represents the physical aspect of the personality — the body.
The First House in Scorpio makes the native examine their inner world through a magnifying glass in search of the key to success, which often leads to professional involvement in psychology and astrology. This person is a detective by nature, also attuned to uncovering other people’s secrets, because by understanding the patterns behind their actions, they can also answer the questions that trouble them.
Pluto and Mars rule Scorpio, so both Mars and Pluto will play an important role when analyzing the First House (Ascendant).

The Second House is the place of a person’s financial power. It shows the source of stable income from which the native can move toward the wealth of the Eighth sector, as well as find connections with their life purpose through the Tenth House, creating prosperity, well-being, and the happiness of public recognition. It is important to understand the ways of interacting with money, the nature of spending, and one’s own behavior in financial matters.
The ruler of Sagittarius is Jupiter, the planet of great happiness and financial prosperity. It is no coincidence that, when the chart is harmonious, such a person is well-rounded and gladly applies their many talents to obtain material benefits. The Second House is not only about opportunities and ways of earning money, but also a source of vital energy that carries the native to a certain social and financial level.
The senior ruler Jupiter and the junior ruler Neptune rule Sagittarius, so their influence should be taken into account when analyzing the Second House.

3rd House in Capricorn - Ruler of Saturn and Uranus
The Third House is defined as the House of communication, the sphere in which a person feels the need to express their ideas, whether orally or in writing. As the House that signifies family ties, it primarily includes a person’s brothers and sisters, if they have any, and describes the nature of their relationship with them. In addition, it also points to relationships with other people in the immediate environment, such as neighbors, for example. But this is not all — it also indicates nearby, short-distance travel in the local area: by car, bus, train, or bicycle. The Third House belongs to the cadent Houses and indicates the ability of the native’s mind (Mercury) to learn, perceive different ideas, and adapt to various teachings; in practical terms, this means schooling and primary education.
In Capricorn, everything listed above is connected with obstacles and limitations. Saturn, the ruler of the sign, is a wise teacher and strict mentor. If the native passes its lessons with dignity, they can receive a magnificent reward: an education that helps them become a high-status, wealthy leader, and experience that cannot be bought with money.
The senior ruler Saturn and the junior ruler Uranus rule Capricorn, so their influence should be taken into account when analyzing the Third House.

4th House in Aquarius - Ruler of Uranus and Saturn
The Fourth House is connected with a person’s private life and the way they would like to arrange their home. This is also where the roots of their origin should be sought. It is the House of motherhood and childcare. It also describes property, housing, real estate, and similar matters. The Fourth House also points to the final years of life and the end of a person’s physical existence. From this perspective, the Eighth House is considered the House of spiritual transformation and liberation, while the Twelfth House is the House in which a person’s restless thoughts and agitated rational mind must be calmed.
The home environment in the life of a person with the Fourth House in Aquarius is always unusual and unpredictable, even for the native themselves. The doors are open to friends and barely familiar guests, while the chaos and creative disorder that reign here feel familiar and dear to the hosts. At a high level of development, they live in a penthouse or high-tech apartment; at a lower level, in a communal apartment or dormitory.
The senior ruler Uranus and the junior ruler Saturn rule Aquarius, and therefore their influence is especially important when analyzing the Fourth House.

5th House in Pisces - Ruler of Neptune and Jupiter
The Fifth House is a House of life that carries the fiery energy of inspiration and the power of motivation. The warmth of this fire extends to others as well. For this reason, this House is considered the House of love that a person gives to others. The love given in connection with this House is not the affection associated with Venus in astrology, nor the sexual instincts related to Mars, but love that comes from the heart — the very quality that is the main characteristic of Leo.
The Fifth House in Pisces makes a person especially sensitive to mysticism, occultism, and intuitive insights. Ordinary life feels distasteful to them; they long for otherworldly love, intense romantic excitement, and the feeling of being desired by many. They create many roles, living out part of their innermost dreams in each one.
The senior ruler Neptune and the junior ruler Jupiter rule Pisces, and therefore their influence is especially important when analyzing the Fifth House.

6th House in Aries - Ruler of Mars and Pluto
The Sixth House is traditionally associated with work, health, and service. This House is still focused on the individual, on the “me.” It expresses a person’s attitude toward employment: whether they will do the work voluntarily or whether it will feel like a heavy burden. The Sixth House also indicates a person’s habits, established routine, occupation, general nutrition and, in particular, diet, as well as pets.
A person with the Sixth House in Aries energetically throws themselves into work, but subconsciously sensing that they will not be able to sustain this pace for long, they hurry to exceed the quota all at once. It is good if they manage to finish what they started through sheer force, but more often this leads to burnout, exhaustion, and loss of interest. This is why, astrologically, they are better suited to being in charge rather than working as a subordinate.
The senior ruler Mars and the junior ruler Pluto rule Aries, and therefore their influence is especially important when analyzing the Sixth House.

Strength: 161.82
Harmony: 4.31
10th House in Leo - Ruler of Sun
The Tenth House occupies the highest position in the horoscope, emphasizing the culminating nature of the corresponding area and pointing to the highest goal the person should strive to achieve. Therefore, the Tenth House indicates a possible profession, social position and reputation, as well as, in a broader sense, the true needs of the self. The key words for the Tenth House are social realization, recognition, success, fame, and renown.
Success comes to a person with the Tenth House in Leo under two conditions: the expression of a bright individuality through self-expression and the ability to work in a team. The native sees themselves as a star, so they most often choose a profession connected with the stage or big business.
The Sun rules Leo, and therefore its influence is especially important when analyzing the Tenth House.

11th House in Virgo - Ruler of Mercury
The Eleventh House of joy and favorable opportunities, friends, and social activity shows where unexpected luck comes from and how a person can make a profit during a rapidly developing career. However, its main meaning is friendship and participation in collective projects, where the individual shows themselves either as a leader or as an obedient cog in the machine, depending on the nature of the sign on the cusp.
The Eleventh House in Virgo attracts a practical and goal-oriented circle of people to the native. They themselves are a person of strict morals and firm principles, although at a low level of development they may be sarcastic and petty.
Mercury rules Virgo, and therefore its influence is especially important when analyzing the Eleventh House.

12th HOUSE - j 17°
Strength: 15.89

12th House in Libra - Ruler of Venus
The Twelfth House is the last in the Zodiac. Pisces is the symbolic sign, and Neptune is the symbolic ruler of the Twelfth House. Since Neptune is the planet of delusion and enlightenment, spiritual impulse and the desire to overcome the inertia of the physical world, it can be assumed that the Twelfth House is connected with a certain mystery. Pisces is sensitive and intuitive, inclined toward compassion and self-sacrifice — all of this largely defines the nature of the Twelfth House.
In a psychological sense, this is the native’s subconscious, inner world, largely hidden even from themselves, where all the joys and sorrows experienced since birth are immersed. Whether the native wants to look into their inner self and work with it depends entirely on them and on the decision they make. Some people expect the horoscope to make life easier, while others would like to use it in order to seriously understand themselves. The choice here depends on whether the person wants to consciously explore their inner world or is content for it to remain unknown. It is the Twelfth House that gives the opportunity to find one’s true self, gain faith, and receive inspiration.
When it is in Libra, the main problems arise in relationships with the opposite sex. Whether this will be a conscious choice of solitude or betrayal will be shown by the placement and aspects between Venus and Neptune.
Venus rules Libra, and therefore its influence is especially important when analyzing the Twelfth House.

Karmic indicators help a person become aware of deep-rooted problems that go back to past lives, and begin working on themselves in order to overcome them and improve both this life and, potentially, the next one. Karmic problems should not be understood as punishment for misdeeds and sins, as karma is usually interpreted in the everyday sense. Karma is not retribution, but rather inertia, when a person attracts similar situations from one life to another. From a karmic point of view, every element of the natal chart can be interpreted without exception. However, the most important indicators of karma in the horoscope are retrograde planets, if any, and the Lunar Nodes.
Retrograde Planets
Retrograde planets are always connected with turning back to the past. The more retrograde planets a person has in the horoscope, the stronger their connection with the past. A retrograde planet also points to an unresolved task from a past life, unfinished business, or unrealized abilities. It forces the person to take up again what could not be completed in the past. The symbol used in the table is R.
Retrograde Mercury — Individuality
When Mercury is retrograde in the horoscope, the individual’s conscious mind is able to intercept ideas from the universal consciousness of earlier times. Usually, they are not aware of this, but they are aware that they cannot easily make others understand everything they know. This is partly connected with the inversion of the Mercury symbol, in which the significance of Matter exceeds the significance of Spirit and Soul. This makes the individual concerned with the form of their ideas. And this acts as a barrier to the essence of their knowledge.
In addition, the wavelength of their mind differs slightly from what is accepted in society. Thought processes tend to repeat themselves like an endless recording, and as a result, most of the things they create are, in one form or another, copies of what they have already done. When they speak, it is difficult for them to project the exact telepathic pictures that convey the meanings of their thoughts. Thus, they often feel misunderstood and wonder why others do not always see things the same way they do.
They see themselves as more separate from society than a person with Mercury in direct motion may be. As a result, they desperately try to develop contacts with other people, overemphasizing their ideas until they begin to irritate those around them. Feeling constrained in company, they make great efforts to win the favor of others. Nevertheless, at the slightest hint of rejection, they may give up too easily. Ultimately, they learn that in order to have self-confidence, they must become more detached and impartial than people with Mercury in direct motion. This is often interpreted by others as “coldness,” but it is simply the vibration of retrograde Mercury, which is so obviously disharmonious with the vibrations of direct motion. Behind the apparent wall, this individual is far more sensitive than most people can imagine.
Once the communication barrier has been crossed, tremendous understanding and intuition emanate from retrograde Mercury. The retrograde individual does not fit into the ideas and opinions of the people around them. Instead, they can find peace in gratitude for their unique way of seeing things.
It is interesting to note that many people with musical talent have retrograde Mercury. Perhaps awareness of difficulties with spoken language led them to another form of communication, one that has much greater freedom and many levels of subtle mental and emotional expression.
Retrograde Mercury — Karma
A person with retrograde Mercury must experience unresolved relationship karma. They react to others as if those people symbolize figures from their past. Thus, it is difficult for them to keep the focus of their consciousness on the “here and now.” Usually, this manifests as difficulties with family and relatives. But the issue of relationships extends beyond communication with other people and includes the perception of the universe as a whole. There is often a problem characteristic of retrograde Mercury in terms of seeing what may be called an inverted reality. The individual has difficulty understanding the basic relationship between cause and effect. They explore the essence of life itself, yet often cannot see the simple connections between things, circumstances, and people. Lost in thoughts that lie beyond their understanding, they must learn to be content with the simple things on which life is based. They are so absorbed in uncovering what is beyond their understanding that they almost always miss the obvious.
From a karmic point of view, this individual must learn to focus attention on the reality of the present rather than lose themselves in all the apparent layers they perceive. When they are able to do this, they will be able to establish a solid point of reference in the “here and now,” through which all the discoveries they make can be expressed to the outer world.
Retrograde Mercury in Libra
This is one of the most difficult positions for retrograde Mercury. During Phases I and III, the individual feels out of balance with Libra’s subtle need for centering. During Phase II, when they experience a little of the past together with the present, as well as faint hints that in the future they will return to where they are now, they may be more in harmony with the essential qualities of Libra. Their longer stay in this phase is explained by their strong sense of lack of direction.
They bring into this life the karma of indecision in their thought processes. Close people can hardly understand which opinion they actually support. They do not know where their decisions will lead them. They are always interested in whether the people from their past would approve of the decisions they are making now.
At times, they may be extremely stubborn, and if retrograde Mercury is poorly aspected, even dishonest. They value tact and diplomacy above truth. It is interesting to note that the dictionary definition of the word “tact” is “insincerity.” In the current life, this individual experiences conflict with their parents and, as an adult, does not stop thinking that they must create harmony with them. In fact, they try to do this with everyone they meet. However, they confuse levels of thought and feeling and may be afraid of self-expression. They often think that, by expressing themselves, they will not be accepted by those whose love they want. This may incline them to see the world through rose-colored glasses and avoid personal responsibility for their thoughts. As a result, they have difficulty understanding their identity. But the interesting thing is that this is precisely what allows them to be of tremendous help in balancing others, since from moment to moment they put themselves in the place of one person and then another in order to understand the situation from every possible point of view.
Retrograde Mercury in the Eleventh House
Here, the individual experiences more mental freedom than practical application of their thoughts. As they pass through the retrograde phases, they may be an inspirer of ideas for others during Phase I, or, at the other extreme, a dreamer during Phase III, reflecting on what they could have done but did not do. The Uranian need for excitement and the mental need for stimulation make Phase II the most uncomfortable one for the individual. As a result, the combination of Phases I and III causes the individual to experience great impracticality in their thinking. They find it difficult to establish meaning and significance. Yet they feel it is necessary to keep moving. The individual is searching for an unattainable, elusive rainbow that they believe truly exists. As a result, they may well be someone who lets go of the bird in hand in order to chase one in the sky.
They are a loner, yet they need people, if only to add color to their ideas. At the same time, their particular trait is to remain mentally detached. The individual may be cold and impartial, avoiding close contact in personal relationships. They dislike rigid methods of thinking in other people. For them, freedom of mind is more important than the final result of its application. They need space in order to think; they feel uncomfortable in a crowd.
In some cases, they may be sexually unresponsive, since they do not feel completely comfortable in intimate situations. They may acknowledge marriage, children, and traditions only in words, but their main strength lies in spreading ideas for others. It is easier for them to solve problems in society than to deal with things closer to their own life. Resenting the delay of social reforms, they may ignore personal reform within themselves. Thus, they experience distortions in the priorities of their relationship to society, family, and themselves. It is difficult to establish contact with them, since they may rebel against anything that binds them. However, in many ways, they are a universal seeker, focusing much of their mental energy on understanding the progress of humanity. They are intrigued by the process of evolution and by humanity more as a theory than as a fact. They do not like to confront the central essence of life, and they are almost happy to observe it as an outside witness. This apparently directs the entire horoscope toward the lifestyle of an individual who has great difficulty aiming their life in reasonable directions through balanced means.
Karmically, they are engaged in studying levels of consciousness, without necessarily binding themselves to any specific level. They compare past ideas with the reality of the present and future dreams in order to one day understand what it is they are searching for. Not knowing the questions, they are unlikely to understand the answers; nevertheless, they are a seeker of a high order, and they would do well to turn to the methods of Taoism or Zen, where some of their unconventional ideas may actually find a refuge of truth on a universal level.
Retrograde Venus — Individuality
A person with retrograde Venus differs noticeably from a person with Venus in direct motion. Here, there is a tendency to create grievances and wounds within and work through them internally, whereas Venus in direct motion would try to work them through outwardly. Often, retrograde Venus not only creates these grievances and wounds, but also tends to exaggerate their effect. Excessive emphasis is placed on the lack of love in the individual’s life. For such a person, the path of love does not flow smoothly.
Excessively shy, they usually doubt whether people pay attention to them. Not always certain of their likes and dislikes, they experience a discrepancy between their life and their awareness of it. They may be deeply in love and not realize it until years after the relationship has ended. They experience many similar behavior patterns designed to keep them from entering the reality of what they think they truly need.
There is always difficulty with the opposite sex, since the individual tends to subconsciously preprogram their future relationships so that they fit the patterns of their past.
Great insecurity corresponds to this position, since the individual constantly tries to measure up to the people whose paths cross theirs. But in doing so, they semi-consciously continue pushing others away so that no one truly comes to know them deeply enough to threaten the small degree of confidence and security on which they have based their identity. In this position, the individual blocks themselves from happiness by trying too hard to achieve it.
Retrograde Venus — Karma
When Venus is retrograde, the individual carries with them a misunderstanding of love from a past life. The emotional pain was so strong that they now cut themselves off from fully experiencing the richness of love because they are afraid of being wounded again. Whether male or female, there is great difficulty in relationships with the opposite sex in the current life.
Trying to live in the present, they endlessly recreate the past memory of love from a previous incarnation, which continues to elude them. They react to the present as if they are actually living in their past. In this sense, they are fixed at some point in time, and no matter what they do, there will hardly be the forward movement they say they want.
In men’s charts, this sometimes indicates karma connected with homosexuality. But even homosexuality has its levels, ranging from an openly homosexual man who tries to politically promote homosexuality to the world, to a man who will not tolerate even the word in his presence, who is married but looks for every opportunity to avoid women while proving his masculinity. In the life of the latter type of man, everything revolves around male friends. Under the pretext of attending clubs, associations, and so on, he avoids the company of women. He may function respectably in society, but he is still a latent homosexual. Less often, similar reactions are found in women with retrograde Venus.
The most noticeable karmic pattern is that the individual, whether male or female, has a strong tendency to distrust most offers of love, feeling that those who make these offers usually have hidden motives.
Retrograde Venus in Virgo
This is one of the most difficult positions for retrograde Venus, since the individual brings with them into this life a very high ideal of love. As a result, they never fully experience this feeling with the people with whom they are connected, because none of them lives up to their expectations. They subconsciously evaluate the flaws they feel and see in others. Because of this, they are not only reluctant to experience love, but when they do manage to feel love, they continue taking it apart piece by piece until the feelings become merely a collection of analytical theories.
They remain longest in Phase III of the retrograde process. Here, they manifest as an introvert out of fear that others will hurt them. In fact, this individual is experiencing karma. They are forced to understand human weakness, since the perfection of love, although it is an ideal toward which we all strive, should not be expected as a reality under human conditions. It is in this third phase that the individual asks why none of their past relationships satisfied their needs. And it is precisely this thought structure — “making love work” — that keeps the individual from discovering what the real experience of love actually is. Because of the retrograde action of the planet, the individual has to evaluate the flaws of others, and since they direct the energy inward, they tend to transfer this karma onto themselves. As a result, they constantly find flaws in themselves and believe that, in the eyes of others, they must be better.
They must learn to see themselves clearly and love themselves not from the standpoint of all the ideals that have crystallized in their mind, but from the proper perspective of the reality of the world in which they live.
Retrograde Venus in the Tenth House
Here, the individual spends a great deal of time in Phase III of the retrograde process. They like to look back at the embodiment of their aspirations and life needs in order to know that they are accepted by those whom they once respectfully looked up to. They enjoy public approval, but do not like seeking it. Thus, it is difficult for them to express themselves creatively outwardly, because they expect that others may reject them. They may become overly conscious of others and, as a result, very sensitive in public situations.
Able to absorb other people’s feelings inwardly, they often feel responsible for satisfying the needs of those around them. Because of this, they feel less comfortable in public situations. They appear to be shy and sometimes back away from the very place toward which they most want to move.
They feel a responsibility from the past and are not sure they are capable of being worthy of it. In a man’s horoscope, this may cause difficulties with women as a result of having been under the authority of an adult woman early in life. Usually, this Venus position gives great creative abilities already developed in past incarnations, but the individual must now develop self-confidence if they are going to express them.
Karmically, they move through life trying to gather the feelings that will give them the sense of purpose they need. Once they are able to do this, they will be able to express the meaning of life they have been seeking.
Retrograde Uranus - Individuality
A person with retrograde Uranus reveals a rather unique individuality.
At the deepest levels, they are a rebel against everything that binds them. If the person is timid, they may experience claustrophobia. If they are fearless, they will try to overturn everything they believe has outlived its usefulness. They cannot be satisfied with simply moving through life, because they see too many things that could enrich humanity if only society would shake off all its false anchors of security.
They become uneasy if other people respond to them too favorably, because then they feel they have lost a significant part of themselves. Therefore, from time to time, they will lose friends and acquaintances, sometimes jobs and romantic attachments, all because other people often find it too difficult to accept the unusual nature of their ideas. Yet years later, when society begins to defend everything they once stood for, they will no longer be interested in all the progressive theories or positions they promoted in their time. In this way, they are very much a herald of the future. Because of this, they may experience loneliness, but they would never give up their gift of originality for the company of other people. They know that, above all, their Soul must be free. Anything that obstructs this freedom, they will sweep out of their path.
For those who are able to understand them, they are a most fascinating conversationalist, because they are literally filled with all the ideas humanity needs for the future of the human race.
Retrograde Uranus - Karma
On a personal level, retrograde Uranus creates disorder in human relationships. The native experiences an inner changeability that often makes them hypocritical toward themselves. Their mental and emotional levels often struggle with each other, so they may know certain things that should lead them in the direction indicated by their knowledge, while at the same time feeling other things that may lead them in an entirely different direction.
They are living through the karma of learning how to express the inner freedom they bring into this life. And they must not be bound by attempts to explain the meaning of everything all the time, either to others or even to themselves. A free spirit does not always appear to make sense. The fact is that the logical extension of common sense in a person is more of a Saturnian trait, connected with the rigidity of order, discipline, and directing oneself toward specific goals. But the native with retrograde Uranus is not living through that kind of karma.
In order to explore their inner existence, as well as many other realms of understanding that humanity as a whole has not yet reached, they follow a long and winding path in search of the formulas that make the world work. Nevertheless, they know that their search is an endless process, because every new discovery leads to yet another question. They can be extremely happy as long as others do not try to force them into patterns of thought and behavior whose limits they have already crossed, because of the meaninglessness of the roles those patterns play in their perception of the greater design.
They learned how to be independent in previous incarnations, and now they must use that independence to rediscover and understand the reason they originally wanted it.
Retrograde Uranus in Gemini
Here the native experiences a very active mental life. They continue to shift from one retrograde phase to another as they try to find the identity that will make them most satisfied. Being unusually nervous and unstable, they are strongly influenced by the external thinking of the world. Because of this, it is difficult for them to stay with any one topic or project for a long time. They are so interested in exploring all the mental possibilities that occur to them that their life literally becomes a kaleidoscope of scattered ideas and positions. Lacking sufficient confidence in the uniqueness of their own thoughts, they tend to identify with the originality of other people.
With this placement of retrograde Uranus, there is great instability. At times, the native may actually harm themselves by trying to understand much of what lies beyond the boundaries of expected normality, so that they may in fact lose any real perspective. This happens because they absorb belief systems that not only distract them from the progress they would like to make, but also carry them far away from any realistic, goal-oriented approach to life. The essence of the problem is that, subconsciously, they are very gullible.
Realizing this, they must be careful in the areas of hypnosis or other techniques that deeply affect the mind, which would bring them too quickly to those levels of their Being that they are not yet ready to control. They are so mentally active that even their interest in sexuality takes on more of the coloring of intellectual exploration than of physical or emotional satisfaction.
As one of the most curious people in the Zodiac, they are living through the karma of an explorer who, over many lifetimes, could not make a decision in favor of any chosen path. Now they continue to change their direction, momentum, and speed, trying many different things but never truly settling on any one of them. They get to know people from various walks of life, each of whom represents something they would like to try. If they work on developing their consciousness, then one day they will clearly understand the mental gymnastics they have used for many lifetimes, which kept them from knowing themselves.
Retrograde Uranus in the Eighth House
Here the native experiences changes in other people’s values. Personal attachments to friends and loved ones are not easy, because the constant transmutation of ideals makes lasting security difficult. Although great awareness is gained through studying other people, the person finds it difficult to hold on to those who provide this information. During the first half of life, unusual sexual experiences occur, which ultimately serve as a learning tool, leading the native toward a higher sexual consciousness. Some people with this placement experience painful sexual encounters, as well as periods of celibacy.
There is always tremendous depth of understanding here, relating to many different areas of life. This makes the person interesting to other people. But they must learn to express their ideas openly and tactfully. The karma here is to understand the independent values of others, so that they can learn how to give other people their own psychic space. In past lives, they undoubtedly experienced periods during which they were overly possessive. In the current life, this placement balances that tendency in the rest of the horoscope. The introspective qualities of the Eighth House, together with some of the asexual tendencies of retrograde Uranus, sometimes create a hermit-like existence. This allows the person to learn a great deal about their priorities.
The retrograde phases expressed here usually depend on the other people in the native’s life, as well as on the sign on the cusp of the Eighth House. Otherwise, the native experiences the Phase One tendencies of retrograde Uranus together with the Phase Two qualities of the Eighth House. Thus, the sign and the external factors in their life combine to make them resonate with one particular phase at any given moment.
LUNAR NODES
Lunar Nodes symbolize the axis of development. The South Node indicates the experience a person has accumulated in past lives, while the North Node shows the experience the person needs to acquire in the current life.
North Node in Leo, South Node in Aquarius
A person with these Nodes should pay closer attention to society and the phenomena taking place within it. They need to learn to see the creative principle in those around them, but they must not dissolve into the crowd and forget the uniqueness of their own personality.
A person with the North Node in Leo must discover their individuality and develop the talents and abilities with which the Creator has endowed them. Once they feel realized in society and needed by it, the person begins to “shine” for others: to give joy, charge them with positivity, love, and create for them.
It will be good if a person with this Node chooses an activity connected with creativity, the stage, teaching and education, or management.

North Node in the Ninth House - South Node in the Third House. Karma of Wanderings
The North Node in the Ninth House indicates that throughout life, the native needs to constantly expand their horizons. They should not confine themselves to their usual circle of acquaintances. Knowing obvious truths will not make it possible to achieve a breakthrough. In order to move closer to their life purpose, they need to receive higher education, travel as much as possible, engage in creativity, including intellectual creativity, and communicate with representatives of many different cultures.
A philosophical view of the world and numerous achievements in science, sports, religion, politics, art, entrepreneurship, and other fields will allow them to begin educational and journalistic work.
A person who acts in accordance with their karmic task may experience joy and good fortune while abroad. If they commit serious misdeeds, they may face accusations directed at them and legal proceedings.

Lunar Node Aspects:
The Lunar Nodes Have Direct Motion
The Lunar Nodes are retrograde for most of the time, meaning they move in the direction opposite to the motion of the planets. Direct motion, however, is allotted relatively little time.
The native with direct Nodes does not have currents within them directed toward the Past; it can be assumed that they are actively oriented only toward the Future. Moreover, the absence of the natural tension created by two opposite Times allows the person to be freer in their relationship with their individual Time. This is precisely why they can allow themselves to stretch Time without becoming too actively involved in the realization of any tasks. Accordingly, this position may be considered one that frees the person from temporal dependence, and therefore from excessive dependence on rigid debt-based programs.
Accordingly, it can be assumed that direct Nodes are received by a Soul that must:
- — either fulfill an important mission, and for this purpose it is freed from everyday temporal dependence and temporal duty, so that at the necessary moment of Time it, unburdened by everyday service, will be ready to fulfill the main karmic task.
- — or simply rest a little. Accordingly, it should not be burdened with debt obligations, so that no excessive tension is created, forcing it to solve tasks unnecessary in this incarnation.
- — or form a new experience not based on past developments, which may have proved either very worthy and requiring no corrections, or completely untenable, forcing the Lords of Karma simply to abandon them so as not to become involved with excessive karmic heaviness.
- Thus, it becomes clear that direct Nodes are not a simple position, and they are given to a person for the realization of certain karmic programs.
SELENA
In addition to the North Node, the path of karmic advancement and the application of innate talents is shown by the White Moon, also called Selena or Lulu. This is a fictitious point that reflects the light karma accumulated by the native in a past life, or by their ancestors over several generations. The place where the guardian angel’s sign is located shows the area in which the native has accumulated the greatest number of good deeds. This is where the starry road to success and prosperity now shines, provided the higher qualities of the sign where the White Moon is located are developed and expressed.
Selena (White Moon) in Scorpio
A person with the White Moon in Scorpio has a difficult path, because in a past life they bravely fought black magicians and treacherous criminals, protecting the weak, and repeatedly overcame temptations connected with the power of dark forces. On the one hand, this makes them a true magician, for whom it is enough to think of a wish for it to come true; on the other hand, they still remain tempting prey for adepts of evil.
The native will have to constantly choose between light and darkness, continuing to fight for a just cause. They will not be able to sit things out in a quiet place, because Scorpio is the abode of Lilith, and she will not stop her provocations in an attempt to lure a powerful magician to the dark side.

Selena in the 1st House
The beneficial influence of the White Moon in the First sector of the natal chart is so great that it also extends to other planets, strengthening their positive qualities and, accordingly, the native’s talents and charm, which are already quite magnetic thanks to the bright, sparkling aura that reflects Selena’s radiance. A harmoniously placed White Moon in the First House bestows gifts upon its wards from birth, like a kind fairy godmother.
People with the White Moon in the First House, which is connected with personal growth, appearance, character, clothing style, and behavior in society, take exams in loyalty to divine ideals in these areas every seventh year of life, and if the path has been chosen correctly, they receive even more gifts from above.

LILITH
Lilith is considered a demon-temptress, but it is often not understood that at the highest level of consciousness development, she ceases to be a source of danger and, on the contrary, strengthens a person’s talents according to the sign and house in which she is placed.
For this reason, it is very important to bring one’s Lilith out of darkness and into the light. Then the courage for new exploration can manifest on a positive, creative level. This is a fictitious point in the horoscope, not a planet, but its power is often underestimated, while working through it is often considered impossible. However, the right actions and symbolism can work wonders.
Lilith shows the bottom, the darkest side of the person: the dark pit into which the native may fall if they give in to the temptation of lower vibrations and follow the path marked by Lilith. This should be kept in mind when reading a horoscope.
Lilith (Black Moon) in Leo
With Lilith in the sign of Leo, sensuality and sexuality can be sublimated, if not into spiritual strength, then into creative energy, whose application the person may find in art, especially cinema, theater, and music. Sports activities are also beneficial. Temptations can be resisted by a strong, purposeful will, which is capable of controlling sensuality and supports a conscious refusal of the role of seducer. It is considered together with the positions of the Sun, Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, retrograde Mars, and the Fifth House of the horoscope.

Lilith in the 9th House
Here Lilith intensifies attraction to corrupt forms of the exotic. Problems most often arise during long-distance trips, extended travels, or in contacts with foreigners or people of another faith or culture. Far from their native home, the person may find themselves abandoned to the mercy of fate and endure many trials, insults, and humiliations, because other people’s grievances, both from their own people and from strangers, will be taken out on them. Heightened sexual potential, seduction, and temptation may strike back at the person like a boomerang. The person’s missionary activity may also prove problematic. At first it may be accepted as something natural, but later loud scandals and revelations are possible. Now it would be better for the person to live peacefully in their native home, in their homeland, and go about their own affairs among relatives and loved ones, because happiness is unlikely to await them far from the family hearth.

Lilith Aspects:
PART OF FORTUNE

The Part of Fortune represents the path on which a person can achieve the greatest joy and fulfillment. It then becomes obvious that the Part of Fortune has much to do with how well a person meets and overcomes their negative karma, while at the same time creating and accepting the rewards of their positive karma.
The Part of Fortune, like the planet Jupiter, promises abundance. However, it encompasses a significantly larger part of a person’s existence than any specific planet. The Part of Fortune attunes the individual to the environment in which prosperity will be most natural for them, and determines for each person what their unique and special concept of success will be. It also shows the person’s strongest need, defining the keynote to which their entire being resonates.
Part of Fortune in Virgo
Here, the Part of Fortune requires from those under its influence reasonable ambition and healthy pragmatism. Success is supported by such character traits as resourcefulness, wit, chastity, moral purity, and integrity. A sober and cool mind may slow down one’s scope, but it does not hinder either spiritual growth or intellectual activity. Strong prudence and calculation only contribute to success in all matters requiring calculation. To achieve their goals, these people must maintain calm. Self-confidence, a sense of dignity, and good manners will also be helpful. Good analytical abilities, diligence, work capacity, effort, perseverance, accuracy, and conscientiousness are a solid foundation for achieving success, as is the ability to adapt to the right people, things, and circumstances.
Administrative work, executive activity, intellectual labor, activity connected with philosophical and religious questions, as well as philology, literature, financial and accounting matters, science, research work, applied sciences, technical specialties, applied art, artistic crafts, pedagogy, occult sciences, political activity, and commercial activity may be successful.
If afflicted, inner anxiety, indecision, egocentrism, self-interest, excessive fault-finding, criticalness, skepticism, quarrelsomeness, dissatisfaction with oneself and others, increased cunning, a tendency toward flattery, and treachery may interfere. The person should rid themselves of such traits as affectation and capriciousness, and give up exploiting other people’s mental and physical labor for selfish purposes.
Historical figures with the Part of Fortune in Virgo: Charles I, Franz Ferdinand, Walter Koch, Mahatma Gandhi, Jakob Böhme, Benito Mussolini, Wendell Willkie.

VERTEX
In the western hemisphere of every natal chart, a very important point can be found: the Vertex. It is compared to a handle on the gates of fate, which must be turned so that the doors open and allow the native into a new dimension. This is not just a point, but the peak of a sensitive axis in the horoscope, along which the electric current of karma flows. The Vertex is also called the electric Ascendant. It is activated unexpectedly during truly emotional periods of life.
The sign where this turning point of fate is located is at once an arena of passions, the scenery of the circumstances offered by life, and a clue to what exactly the native should develop within themselves. The aspects of the Vertex show talents and skills that are already present from the beginning, helping the native correspond to the scenario proposed by fate. These are magical tools that help the person pass through trials with honor and gain positive new experience in the houses where the Vertex is placed. More...
Strength Concentration (Astrodynes)
This section examines the concentration of energy in the natal chart: which signs, planets, and houses contain the main strength. Everyone knows the Sun zodiac sign, but when the signs are viewed through the prism of the natal chart, it becomes clear how energy is distributed between the two strongest signs, and the Sun sign is not always dominant.
The signs give an idea of natural, instinctive motivations, such as likes and dislikes, attitudes, and reactions, and make it possible to judge whether a calling is present. The two strongest signs are shown in the table below. For more details about the distribution of strength in the natal chart, see the “Astrodynes” section: link to the Astrodynes chart.
| Sign | Strength |
|---|---|
| d Gemini | 160 |
| g Leo | 159 |
| ------ | ------ |
| TOTAL (12 Signs) | 767 |
Now the planets that concentrate the main energy in the chart can be identified. The planet with the greatest number of “astrodynes” is considered the strongest planet in the chart, since it reflects the most powerful energetic potential. Why are strong planets so important? The most powerful planets in the table indicate potential that can easily be transformed into abilities. This is where the person can succeed and achieve the best results.
| Planet | Strength |
|---|---|
| E Mercury | 58 |
| O Neptune | 54 |
| ------ | ------ |
| TOTAL (all Planets) | 512 |
By the same principle, the strongest houses emphasize the environment or sphere of life where it is easier for a person to practice and develop their skills.
| House | Strength |
|---|---|
| Eleventh House | 194 |
| Tenth House | 161 |
| ------ | ------ |
| TOTAL (all Houses) | 767 |

Additional understanding of the chart can be gained through:
-
Fixed Stars in the natal chart. Some planets in the natal chart may behave in very unusual ways, and the cause may be the influence of a star hidden behind the planet or house cusp.
The next step is predictive astrology:
- Transit Calculation. This method makes it possible to calculate the transits of moving planets and overlay them on the natal chart. Transiting planets interact with the planets of the natal chart. As a result, an energetic connection arises, activating and awakening various events in a person’s inner and outer life.
