Louis de Funès

French film actor, comedian, interior decorator, pianist of Spanish origin, was born near Paris, on the day Jean Jaurès was killed in Paris. Funes played more than 130 film roles and more than 100 roles on stage. In 1975, de Funes suffered two heart attacks. At the insistence of doctors, the actor left cinema and moved to a 17th-century country estate, Chateau de Clermont, not far from Nantes, where he was passionate about growing roses. One of the varieties of roses produced by the Meiyang company is named after him. Louis de Funès died of a heart attack on January 27, 1983.
He was married twice and had 3 sons: Daniel from his first wife Germaine Carroyer and 2 more (from his second marriage to Jeanne Augustine Barthelemy de Maupassant in 1943), Patrick and Olivier. His middle son Patrick became a doctor. In his youth, Olivier starred with his father in six films (“Fantômas went wild”, “Mr. Septim’s Restaurant”, “Big Holiday”, “Frozen”, “One Man” and “Perched on a Tree”). However, contrary to his father’s wishes, he did not want to become an actor, but entered a flight school and worked all his life (until his retirement in 2010 at the age of 60) as a civil aviation pilot for Air France.
His second wife died at the age of 101 (1914-2015). Link to biography.

Louis de Funès - Natal Chart Interpretation

Horoscope interpretation comes down to combining the meanings of the four basic elements of astrology — Planets, Signs, Aspects, and Houses — into a single whole, which is what makes each interpretation individual. More...

SUN

Strength: 47.35
Harmony: -13.60

SunThe SUN is the most important luminary, the center of life force. It can be compared to the king on a chessboard. It determines the health and well-being of the person born. It gives a creative impulse and ideals, including the desire for power, influence, and strength. The position of the main luminary in the natal chart has fateful significance. For example, the happiest people on Earth are those who do not have pronounced tense aspects to the Sun. At the same time, one might think that their character traits may be somewhat “soft,” because through the Sun a person develops the ego and strengthens the inner backbone of life. It is important to remember that the Sun represents the inner mind, not instinct. More...

Q Sun in Leo g 06°

The Sun in Leo is in its own home, or domicile, and reveals its qualities in a pure form. Leo is a noble creature. Their majestic gait and condescending attitude toward others reveal the true King of Beasts within them. The Fire element gives Leo energy and a kind of lazy strength. Leo’s self-confidence cannot be compared with the self-importance of any other zodiac sign.

Q Sun in the 3rd House

THIRD HOUSE (House of communication). SUN (planet of vital energy and individuality) in the Third House: the native has an active, creative mind and a need to share their ideas. They have chances to succeed in literature, teaching, and lecturing. Their gift for self-expression often makes them a leader in their field. Strengths: ability to learn, resourcefulness, cheerfulness. Weaknesses: disorganization, arrogance, misunderstandings with relatives.

Sun Aspects

Just as all the planets in the solar system revolve around the Sun, a person receives their life purpose from the Sun in the natal chart. The Sun is the ego, the “inner child” that makes the final decisions. It guides the person and can be considered the “boss” of the natal chart, especially in the charts of men. Read more

ASCENDANT

Strength: 61.62
Harmony: -7.46

In the birth chart, the Ascendant is the cusp of the First House. It is the second most important factor after the position of the Sun. The position of the Ascendant in the signs of the Zodiac determines how a person manifests outwardly. The position of a planet on the Ascendant significantly strengthens the expression of that planet’s qualities in the person. In general, the position of planets on or near the Ascendant is the third most important factor. The symbol used in the table is (ASC).

The Ascendant speaks of the mask a person wears in public; it is the first impression they make when meeting people. Often, when the person is puzzled by how others describe them, it is because others are describing this aspect of their personality. The Ascendant is present in the person’s appearance and individuality, sometimes extending as far as influencing physical characteristics. The sign becomes noticeably expressed in their image, style, and manner of carrying themselves. It is also reflected in the way they act. Some astrologers believe that the sign becomes weaker after a person reaches the age of 30, as their confidence in who they are grows. The rising sign manifests in the first personal traits inherent in the person and in the way they react to their environment.

ASCENDANT in Gemini d 25° - Ruler Mercury

The ruler of Gemini is Mercury, the planet of reason, information, movement, and communication. It brings curiosity, mobility, and love of communication into the character of a typical Gemini. In its negative form, however, the sign’s excessive curiosity turns into superficiality: knowing a lot, but not deeply. A love of communication may also turn a person into a gossip.

People born with Gemini Rising are usually friendly, sociable, adaptable, fond of doing several things at once, witty, intelligent, very quick-minded, and always ready for something new. They are quite likely to have a dual nature, like the twins that represent the sign. A strong need for communication in order to share and receive new knowledge is natural to them. They love reading and traveling, gaining the opportunity to open new horizons and acquire new knowledge. They need variety, and this may cause them to take on everything at once without truly mastering any one thing. They tend to assess everything superficially, without going into the deeper meaning of events. And although they may appear overly self-confident on the outside, they may lack inner calm and self-assurance. When speaking, they may gesture a great deal.

The main lesson to learn: learn to manage and control energy, and to set priorities.

Mercury rules Gemini, so Mercury is very important when interpreting the natal chart. Read more...

Ascendant Aspects:

MIDHEAVEN (MC)

Strength: 46.23
Harmony: 6.92

МС

The Midheaven (Meridian, MC) is the culminating point of the natal chart. It symbolizes the noon of life and coincides with the cusp of the Tenth House of the horoscope. The Meridian line, MC - IC, is the vertical axis of the horoscope, while the Ascendant - Descendant line (AC - DC) is the horizontal axis. Together, they form the so-called “axial cross,” or “cross of fate.” In terms of importance, the Midheaven ranks third in the horoscope after the Ascendant and the position of the Sun. The Midheaven, like the Tenth House of the horoscope as a whole, symbolizes everything connected with the person’s profession and social standing: success or lack of success in society, career, popularity, fame, titles, awards, or the absence of these. It shows the person as an individual within society, points to their professional skills, and indicates the possibility of rising up the social ladder.

Midheaven in Aquarius x 22° - Ruler Uranus and Saturn

Rulers: Uranus and Saturn. With this MC placement, both the professional and social life of the person are unstable. They are subject to fluctuations and, worse, to various kinds of upheavals, most often unexpected ones. At least once in life, there may be a complete collapse of what the person has managed to achieve. This may happen by the person’s own will, when they sharply change the direction of their activity or even their profession, or because circumstances unfold in such a way that everything collapses independently of the person’s will, for example during social upheavals for political or other reasons.

If the person avoids social upheavals, they may work for many years out of necessity and then suddenly discover some talent or calling within themselves. Then they may sharply change their life and begin as if from the beginning. Naturally, such a sudden change of interests may bring material losses and delay their social rise, or even deprive them of all merits and titles. It is good if the person makes this change consciously; if the process is forced, the consequences of such upheavals may be painful. In any case, the person is destined for activity in another sphere and life under different circumstances.

A person with this Midheaven placement begins, after the age of forty, to take an interest in the mysterious and unexplored sides of life and often even becomes a professional in this field, provided, of course, that the natal chart contains indications of this. Read more...

MOON

Strength: 52.94
Harmony: 6.80

Moon The Moon is a transmitter of sensations, emotions, and moods. It rules the spheres of the soul and subconscious, innate reflexes, and habits that come from childhood. The Moon is the ruler of Cancer. Taurus is considered the sign of its exaltation. Capricorn is considered the sign of its fall, and Scorpio the sign of its detriment, or exile. If the Moon has strong essential dignity in the horoscope and forms harmonious interactions with other planets in the natal chart, the native feels inner harmony; even when difficulties arise in life, they overcome periods of trouble with ease. The ability to establish connections is traditionally considered Mercury’s most specific “character” trait. What comes to the forefront instead is defending one’s own opinion, protecting personal interests in professional and social spheres, competing, and striving to win.

A strong Mars gives the world heroes capable of sacrificing themselves for other people or for higher ideals. In everyday reality, the person expresses themselves vividly through activity directed toward the common good. More...

JUPITER

Strength: 36.07
Harmony: 14.12

Jupiter In the astrological theater, Jupiter plays the role of the “Great Benefic.” Since antiquity, it has been associated with luck and material blessings. Yet the largest planet in the solar system has other purposes as well. It is responsible for spiritual and intellectual development and encourages a person to search for the meaning of life. From a psychological point of view, Jupiter embodies the generous, fair father. Its main enemies are stagnation and boredom. The giant rules the Ninth and Twelfth Houses.

The remarkable qualities of a strong Jupiterian person are often not their own achievement, but the result of fantastic luck. A winning lottery ticket or an unexpected inheritance are typical gifts from generous Jupiter. More...

Saturn Traditionally, the “Lord of Time” is associated with the darkest sides of life: old age and death, decline and deprivation. Yet Saturn is also a great sage, mentor, and lawgiver. It rules the Tenth astrological House and is responsible for career, social status, and reputation.

URANUS

Strength: 48.13
Harmony: -10.53

Uranus Uranus is a symbol of suddenness and surprise, originality and eccentricity, unforeseen actions and behavior, various shifts and changes, turning points and rearrangements of both a positive and negative nature. Under its influence, past and present values are reassessed, and the future is anticipated.

Uranus is the sign of higher reason and almost supernatural intuition. It gives rise to true geniuses, people who are ahead of their time and remain misunderstood by their own generation. Uranus represents a projected point of the unconscious, yet it brings highly symbolic images and impulses into a person’s consciousness, arising both while awake and in dreams. This distinctive power to form images gives birth to intuition and inspiration, a flash of creative force, as well as scientists and inventors, poets and performers, musicians and artists, statesmen and political figures, religious reformers and revolutionaries.

Driven by the desire to play by its own rules, Uranus embodies change, reform, evolution, and revolution. More...

Neptune Neptune is full of mysteries. Its realm is feelings and impressions, dreams and reveries. The planet forms a refined perception of art, as well as an attraction to religion and mysticism. Neptune constantly acts on a person in an almost imperceptible, even mysterious way, creating forces that reject and refuse to acknowledge any psychic or spiritual limitations. These forces stir the feelings to their deepest depths and direct the mind toward the search for still-unknown and undiscovered mysteries of nature, the cosmos, and the human being. More...

On the one hand, Pluto shows a person as an integral being; on the other, as a particle of the cosmos and of a given society. Pluto symbolizes the final stage of the individuation process, a second birth or rebirth, after which the person becomes more complete. In one case, it may bring the person under its influence brilliant success and career advancement, unexpected wealth or worldwide fame, influence over the masses, the crowd, the public, or an audience, and a social rise as rapid and dazzling as a meteor. NATAL CHART HOUSES

HOROSCOPE HOUSES

The Houses provide information about how, where, and to what extent a person's characteristic traits will manifest, how their potential will be revealed, and how all of this will be realized in everyday life. Each House represents a specific sphere of human life. The Houses reflect a person's life in society, the kind of person life compels them to become, and show acquired skills, habits, methods, and goals that life sets before the person, as well as the ways through which they will move toward their goal.

1st HOUSE - d 25°

Strength: 181.92
Harmony: -5.83

1st House in Gemini - Ruler of Mercury

The First House is angular, which means it possesses qualities such as activity, initiative, and dynamism. It is the first of the Houses of life, and in this capacity, it represents the physical aspect of the personality — the body.

Regardless of the Sun sign, the First House in Gemini gives the native a brilliant intellect, quick speech, and at times an excessive interest in events taking place in their immediate surroundings. With a high level of erudition, this person becomes an excellent intellectual conversationalist, capable of sharing interesting information on almost any topic.

Mercury rules Gemini, and therefore its influence is especially important when analyzing the First House (Ascendant).

2nd HOUSE - f 13°

Strength: 91.28
Harmony: 31.41

2nd House in Cancer - Ruler of Moon

The Second House is the place of a person’s financial power. It shows the source of stable income from which the native can move toward the wealth of the Eighth sector, as well as find connections with their life purpose through the Tenth House, creating prosperity, well-being, and the happiness of public recognition. It is important to understand the ways of interacting with money, the nature of spending, and one’s own behavior in financial matters.

The sign of Cancer represents a striving for security and strong emotionality, so a person with the Second House in Cancer has a deep attachment to money, fears losing it, and avoids unnecessary spending. Changes in financial flows are perceived as a threat to life itself and may become a psychosomatic cause of declining health. This is why it is important to bring the state of this sector into harmony.

The Moon rules Cancer, and therefore its influence is especially important when analyzing the Second House.

3rd HOUSE - g 01°

Strength: 71.03
Harmony: -20.39

3rd House in Leo - Ruler of Sun

The Third House is defined as the House of communication, the sphere in which a person feels the need to express their ideas, whether orally or in writing. As the House that signifies family ties, it primarily includes a person’s brothers and sisters, if they have any, and describes the nature of their relationship with them. In addition, it also points to relationships with other people in the immediate environment, such as neighbors, for example. But this is not all — it also indicates nearby, short-distance travel in the local area: by car, bus, train, or bicycle. The Third House belongs to the cadent Houses and indicates the ability of the native’s mind (Mercury) to learn, perceive different ideas, and adapt to various teachings; in practical terms, this means schooling and primary education.

With Leo, things are both simple and difficult at once, because its ruler is the Sun. If it is strong, the joy of life and self-realization charge the native with powerful energy from the First grade of school onward. They are leaders, favorites in society, and the center of the family around whom loving household members revolve; they enjoy the sympathy of teachers and colleagues.

The Sun rules Leo, and therefore its influence is especially important when analyzing the Third House.

4th HOUSE - g 22°

Strength: 110.60
Harmony: -9.92

4th House in Leo - Ruler of Sun

The Fourth House is connected with a person’s private life and the way they would like to arrange their home. This is also where the roots of their origin should be sought. It is the House of motherhood and childcare. It also describes property, housing, real estate, and similar matters. The Fourth House also points to the final years of life and the end of a person’s physical existence. From this perspective, the Eighth House is considered the House of spiritual transformation and liberation, while the Twelfth House is the House in which a person’s restless thoughts and agitated rational mind must be calmed.

A person with the Fourth House in Leo perceives their home as a personal kingdom, trying to arrange it with maximum luxury so they can proudly host gatherings and impress others with expensive design.

The Sun rules Leo, and therefore its influence is especially important when analyzing the Fourth House.

5th HOUSE - h 23°

Strength: 32.77
Harmony: 14.58

5th House in Virgo - Ruler of Mercury

The Fifth House is a House of life that carries the fiery energy of inspiration and the power of motivation. The warmth of this fire extends to others as well. For this reason, this House is considered the House of love that a person gives to others. The love given in connection with this House is not the affection associated with Venus in astrology, nor the sexual instincts related to Mars, but love that comes from the heart — the very quality that is the main characteristic of Leo.

The Fifth House in Virgo gives a person contradictory qualities. This is a practical and meticulous person who enjoys flirting, playing with fire in love, and engaging in sensual strategies with several moves ahead, but they will never take a major risk. They create with a calculator in one hand; they love their children, but decide for themselves what is best for them. Outward propriety, discipline, and the family’s reputation always come first.

Mercury rules Virgo, and therefore its influence is especially important when analyzing the Fifth House.

6th HOUSE - k 08°

Strength: 76.45
Harmony: 4.31

6th House in Scorpio - Ruler of Pluto and Mars

The Sixth House is traditionally associated with work, health, and service. This House is still focused on the individual, on the “me.” It expresses a person’s attitude toward employment: whether they will do the work voluntarily or whether it will feel like a heavy burden. The Sixth House also indicates a person’s habits, established routine, occupation, general nutrition and, in particular, diet, as well as pets.

The placement of the Sixth House in Scorpio gives rise to devoted servants of an idea, for which they are ready to work day and night, improving and transforming themselves personally and thereby influencing the common cause. They like to remain in the shadows while being part of a vast movement designed to change reality; and if something must be destroyed for this purpose, then the end justifies the means.

The senior ruler Pluto and the junior ruler Mars rule Scorpio, so both Mars and Pluto will play an important role when analyzing the Sixth House.

7th HOUSE - l 25°

Strength: 18.04
Harmony: 7.06

7th House in Sagittarius - Ruler of Jupiter and Neptune

When describing the properties of the Seventh House as an angular House, it is customary to say that it manifests openly and through the public sphere. Traditionally, it is considered the House of relationships in all areas of life: love, friendship, cooperation, and even enmity. It shows what a person expects from contact with other people and how they express themselves in any union. The Seventh House teaches development through the close social circle, the ability to accept the successes of others, and the ability to learn missing qualities from enemies. The likelihood of marriage and divorce, as well as the personality of the spouse, can also be read through the planets and sign.

The Seventh House in Sagittarius belongs to the lucky ones. As a rule, they have a prestigious marriage with a foreigner or with a bright, outwardly unusual representative of their own nation, as well as generous and influential friends. Even enemies here are noble to a certain degree, as if they had stepped off the pages of adventure books.

The senior ruler Jupiter and the junior ruler Neptune rule Sagittarius, so their influence should be taken into account when analyzing the Seventh House.

8th HOUSE - z 13°

Strength: 26.29
Harmony: -5.66

8th House in Capricorn - Ruler of Saturn and Uranus

The key words for the Eighth House are usually considered to be “sex,” “death,” “big money,” and “personal transformation.” It is clear that sex can appear in several forms: as pure passion, as a force aimed at producing offspring, or as an expression of a deep feeling of love. Death also has several meanings and is not reduced only to the death of a specific human being. It can serve as a symbol of a certain idea, thought, undertaking, or even illness that disappears as a result of transformation.

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn, and it mercilessly calls the native to account for the slightest deviation from the universal rules of justice and nobility. This is a case where it is important to observe the Ten Commandments precisely. If there are karmic debts, and the Eighth House and the planet of order are afflicted, they will have to be worked through. However, Saturn also gives strength of spirit, endurance, and the resources needed for all of this.

The senior ruler Saturn and the junior ruler Uranus rule Capricorn, so their influence should be taken into account when analyzing the Eighth House.

This is a place of good fortune, considering that its symbolic ruler is Jupiter, the planet of great happiness, as well as connections with a new world. This manifests through higher education, travel to other countries, business contacts with foreigners, the spouse’s relatives, and esoteric knowledge. All of this expands the boundaries of consciousness and opens new paths of development.

The Ninth House in Aquarius encourages a person to process enormous flows of information, deriving pleasure from mental insights. The Tenth House occupies the highest position in the horoscope, emphasizing the culminating nature of the corresponding area and pointing to the highest goal the person should strive to achieve. Strength: 25.93
Harmony: 1.59

11th House in Pisces - Ruler of Neptune and Jupiter

The Eleventh House of joy and favorable opportunities, friends, and social activity shows where unexpected luck comes from and how a person can make a profit during a rapidly developing career. However, its main meaning is friendship and participation in collective projects, where the individual shows themselves either as a leader or as an obedient cog in the machine, depending on the nature of the sign on the cusp.

For people with the Eleventh House in Pisces, the Tenth House most often falls in Aquarius, which means their purpose is to bring new ideas into the world through beauty and art. It is in this environment that they should look for friends and save the world through love and creativity, which does not exclude choosing the profession of a doctor, pharmacist, or priest.

The senior ruler Neptune and the junior ruler Jupiter rule Pisces, and therefore their influence is especially important when analyzing the Eleventh House.

12th HOUSE - s 08°

Strength: 18.55
Harmony: 3.48

12th House in Taurus - Ruler of Venus

The Twelfth House is the last in the Zodiac. Pisces is the symbolic sign, and Neptune is the symbolic ruler of the Twelfth House. Since Neptune is the planet of delusion and enlightenment, spiritual impulse and the desire to overcome the inertia of the physical world, it can be assumed that the Twelfth House is connected with a certain mystery. Pisces is sensitive and intuitive, inclined toward compassion and self-sacrifice — all of this largely defines the nature of the Twelfth House.

In a psychological sense, this is the native’s subconscious, inner world, largely hidden even from themselves, where all the joys and sorrows experienced since birth are immersed. Whether the native wants to look into their inner self and work with it depends entirely on them and on the decision they make. Some people expect the horoscope to make life easier, while others would like to use it in order to seriously understand themselves. The choice here depends on whether the person wants to consciously explore their inner world or is content for it to remain unknown. It is the Twelfth House that gives the opportunity to find one’s true self, gain faith, and receive inspiration.

The position of the Twelfth House in Taurus shows secret temptations connected with large sums of money, as well as the presence of enemies linked to financial matters. Usually, the sign of Taurus softens the negative influence of difficult Houses, but not in the case of the Twelfth House.

Venus rules Taurus, and therefore its influence is especially important when analyzing the Twelfth House.

KARMIC INDICATORS

KARMA

Karmic indicators help a person become aware of deep-rooted problems that go back to past lives, and begin working on themselves in order to overcome them and improve both this life and, potentially, the next one. Karmic problems should not be understood as punishment for misdeeds and sins, as karma is usually interpreted in the everyday sense. Karma is not retribution, but rather inertia, when a person attracts similar situations from one life to another. From a karmic point of view, every element of the natal chart can be interpreted without exception. However, the most important indicators of karma in the horoscope are retrograde planets, if any, and the Lunar Nodes.

Retrograde Planets

Retrograde planets are always connected with turning back to the past. The more retrograde planets a person has in the horoscope, the stronger their connection with the past. A retrograde planet also points to an unresolved task from a past life, unfinished business, or unrealized abilities. It forces the person to take up again what could not be completed in the past. The symbol used in the table is R.

Retrograde Jupiter - Individuality

A native with retrograde Jupiter is a living truth unto themselves. Their ideas about right and wrong, about the morality of the world through which they travel, and about the honesty of other people’s opinions have little influence on what they feel within. In an attempt to be fair, this native develops their own unique set of standards. Usually, these standards are based on personal experiences from the beginning of this life, as well as on experiences from other incarnations, and they reflect not mass consciousness, but rather the native’s personally formed concept of the universe.

The native has a keen feel for different places and for how similar they are to one another. At the same time, they are aware of the different levels at which people think. Always studying the mind, they seek to experience an inner richness that they hope will ultimately equal the opportunities available to them in the outer world. This often creates dissatisfaction, which manifests as inner restlessness. They prefer to deal with things by grasping the essence of an idea and its significance, rather than the details required to bring that idea into reality.

If Jupiter is well-aspected, the native may have strong self-motivation, but they should be careful not to try to do too many things at once.

Essentially, they are free in spirit. And although they will adapt to the ideals of society when those ideals are useful to them, they constantly struggle to preserve their sense of individuality.

A native with this placement may possess great, almost prophetic wisdom. They can summarize the essence of long, complex, detailed projects in just a few words, while others might become lost in countless small details. The native can be conscientious. Their innate honesty with themselves is one of their most important defining traits. When retrograde Jupiter is poorly aspected, it may indicate ill will carried over from past incarnations. In such cases, a long-standing desire from the past to settle old scores is projected onto new people in the present. Fortunately, this is more the exception than the rule, since retrograde Jupiter gives the native an opportunity to see themselves through the higher mind, after which some of their personal attachments give way to a higher and more impartial understanding. The development of richness in the inner life ultimately takes precedence over the desire to acquire wealth in the outer world.

Retrograde Jupiter - Karma

The karma of retrograde Jupiter is always connected with introspection through the higher mind. The native must be able to justify themselves to themselves in order to feel truly worthy of the respect and honor that Jupiter promises.

In some past incarnation, the person placed great emphasis on the violation of a certain religious or spiritual principle. In the current life, they feel an even stronger determination to redefine the value of this principle in their own mind. They must be careful not to judge others when they see the outer world living by rules they cannot understand. They should be patient with other people if they expect others to listen to the expression of their inner truths.

On another level, the person has accumulated vast lived experience, which is characteristic of retrograde Jupiter. Times and places from the past all blend into a continuous present, so that at any given moment or in any given place, the native experiences that time or place in a generalized way, as though they were simultaneously present in all similar times and places they have ever known. Thus, their consciousness expands in both of these dimensions at once, often without limits. They do not know how to focus their mind on a clear point within themselves. Instead, they absorb the symbols of their thoughts from the surrounding environment, ultimately coming to realize that their home is everywhere, and that every time is the present!

The more these outer symbols correspond to the truth they came to know in a previous life, the more content they become.

Retrograde Jupiter in Aquarius

Here the native feels most comfortable in Phase One, where they seek to experience the future. They want to know everything that traditional society has not yet explored. This is a very restless placement of retrograde Jupiter, because the native would like to travel all the roads that lie before them at the same time. They are an idealist and an explorer. Although at times they may be overly zealous, they can make a great contribution to the evolution of humanity.

This is an unfavorable placement for marriage, because the person believes they need freedom in order for their higher mind to function at its best. What they truly need, however, is mental rather than physical freedom. And the impulse toward this freedom does not come from the situations of the present life, but rather from a past-life instinct to move beyond mental and spiritual boundaries. They love to live with enthusiasm, and although they want to help everyone, they push away anyone who dampens their spirit. It is difficult for this person to direct their life in one single direction. They feel more comfortable when their goal is constantly changing. Their karma is to apply their past wisdom to future experience. To do this, they will travel a great deal and meet new people from all walks of life, through whom they can share and express their knowledge. Because of the retrograde nature of the planet, this process is more about giving than receiving, since the person is far more eager to pass knowledge on to others. Some people with this placement experience claustrophobia, as they try at any cost to free themselves from anything that symbolizes being trapped. On the positive side, this is one of the best placements for the search for higher knowledge.

Retrograde Jupiter in the Ninth House

Here retrograde Jupiter is in its natural House. As a result, the native can function comfortably in any of the three retrograde phases. At the same time, their life creates discomfort for the people close to them. The Ninth House is the House of single life, and with retrograde Jupiter’s natural pull toward freedom, this becomes an unfavorable placement for entering into any long-term relationship. There is a tendency to withdraw from people, as the native increasingly wants to experience their natural environment while freeing themselves from the complications required to meet other people’s social expectations. This native has great difficulty putting what they know into words. They are able to understand their higher mind, but they do not always believe they can pass their knowledge on to others.

They encounter great difficulty when dealing with earthly situations and circumstances. When communicating with people, they usually know what they are going to prove, but they will not do so until they are certain that the language they use will be accepted by the other person.

They love moving from place to place and do not like spending too much time in any one location. Essentially, they are very much like a wanderer moving through life in order to test the knowledge they acquired through the experience of a past incarnation by analyzing existing circumstances. Some people with this placement have a highly developed understanding of God, while others, who feel that their souls are less religious in nature, express this understanding by explaining how the mechanism of the universe works.

The most significant growth in this life occurs when the native understands that the world around them is very much like the Tower of Babel. People are unable to communicate with one another because they have different conceptual understandings of even the simplest words.

A person with this Jupiter placement understands that the quality of communication with other people is always lower than it could be. They feel interruptions in the steady flow of thought caused by language barriers. Their karma is to know, understand, and teach where they are asked to do so, but never to impose themselves on those who cannot understand their natural wisdom.

Retrograde Uranus - Individuality

A person with retrograde Uranus reveals a rather unique individuality.

At the deepest levels, they are a rebel against everything that binds them. If the person is timid, they may experience claustrophobia. If they are fearless, they will try to overturn everything they believe has outlived its usefulness. They cannot be satisfied with simply moving through life, because they see too many things that could enrich humanity if only society would shake off all its false anchors of security.

They become uneasy if other people respond to them too favorably, because then they feel they have lost a significant part of themselves. Therefore, from time to time, they will lose friends and acquaintances, sometimes jobs and romantic attachments, all because other people often find it too difficult to accept the unusual nature of their ideas. Yet years later, when society begins to defend everything they once stood for, they will no longer be interested in all the progressive theories or positions they promoted in their time. In this way, they are very much a herald of the future. Because of this, they may experience loneliness, but they would never give up their gift of originality for the company of other people. They know that, above all, their Soul must be free. Anything that obstructs this freedom, they will sweep out of their path.

For those who are able to understand them, they are a most fascinating conversationalist, because they are literally filled with all the ideas humanity needs for the future of the human race.

Retrograde Uranus - Karma

On a personal level, retrograde Uranus creates disorder in human relationships. The native experiences an inner changeability that often makes them hypocritical toward themselves. Their mental and emotional levels often struggle with each other, so they may know certain things that should lead them in the direction indicated by their knowledge, while at the same time feeling other things that may lead them in an entirely different direction.

They are living through the karma of learning how to express the inner freedom they bring into this life. And they must not be bound by attempts to explain the meaning of everything all the time, either to others or even to themselves. A free spirit does not always appear to make sense. The fact is that the logical extension of common sense in a person is more of a Saturnian trait, connected with the rigidity of order, discipline, and directing oneself toward specific goals. But the native with retrograde Uranus is not living through that kind of karma.

In order to explore their inner existence, as well as many other realms of understanding that humanity as a whole has not yet reached, they follow a long and winding path in search of the formulas that make the world work. Nevertheless, they know that their search is an endless process, because every new discovery leads to yet another question. They can be extremely happy as long as others do not try to force them into patterns of thought and behavior whose limits they have already crossed, because of the meaninglessness of the roles those patterns play in their perception of the greater design.

They learned how to be independent in previous incarnations, and now they must use that independence to rediscover and understand the reason they originally wanted it.

Retrograde Uranus in the Ninth House

Here the native experiences extremely unique adventures in consciousness. On one level, they experience Phase One of the retrograde process, during which they excitedly absorb new philosophies and spiritual awareness, along with the desire to take in everything they can. They are drawn to everything that has value for their higher existence. At the same time, on a deeper level, they bring into this life a spiritual consciousness developed long ago. Thus, they may very well experience the richness of sacred knowledge from biblical times in their past, which creates within them a powerful desire to bring this understanding into their present.

Their great awareness of life seems to come from a source other than the standard one, since their ways of expressing themselves are usually highly unique. They have a great love for the ideas of “God,” but not for the official format of any particular religious tradition. While fighting against rules, they also know the inner rules that will best help them.

At times, they may lose their train of thought because they are so interested in everything that it is difficult for them to narrow their focus. Karmically, they are learning how to be spiritually, philosophically, religiously, and emotionally independent. They must develop their understanding of life regardless of what is socially acceptable to the rest of the world and be able to follow precisely what they know works for them. This will often lead to criticism from friends and peers. In some cases, it even causes breaks in marital ties. However, their ultimate truth must come from their own unique sense of identity, not from any need to compromise for the sake of personal acceptability.

LUNAR NODES

LUNAR NODES Lunar Nodes symbolize the axis of development. The South Node indicates the experience a person has accumulated in past lives, while the North Node shows the experience the person needs to acquire in the current life.

North Node in Pisces, South Node in Virgo

A person with the South Node in Virgo knows how to put everything in its proper place, analyze it, and bring it into order. Meanwhile, in this life they need to develop completely different qualities: psychological insight, an intuitive mind, the ability to abstract themselves from details, and the ability to exist in situations of uncertainty.

In many situations, rational thinking and ideal, well-thought-out actions may lead to mistakes. The person will gain more if they trust an unexpected insight, use their imagination, and show a creative approach in their work. People with the Node in Pisces may realize themselves in the field of art, as well as in religion, psychology, and the occult sciences.

North Node in the Tenth House - South Node in the Fourth House. Karma of Recognition

People with the Node in the Tenth House need to find their true calling and realize themselves in their profession. In this case, they will be able to gain the desired stability, prosperity, and joy in life. They should not hide their ambitious aspirations from others. The Node in the Tenth House will reward those who know how to set goals, work hard, and strive to reach the highest peaks in life.

It often happens that the native is occupied only with solving problems connected with home, family, and real estate. Despite the efforts made, the number of issues related to these topics only increases. In this situation, they need to approach their tasks from another angle. Finding a high goal and working persistently in the name of an important mission will help them find people who are ready to help and support them in a difficult moment.

SELENA

Selena In addition to the North Node, the path of karmic advancement and the application of innate talents is shown by the White Moon, also called Selena or Lulu. This is a fictitious point that reflects the light karma accumulated by the native in a past life, or by their ancestors over several generations. The place where the guardian angel’s sign is located shows the area in which the native has accumulated the greatest number of good deeds. This is where the starry road to success and prosperity now shines, provided the higher qualities of the sign where the White Moon is located are developed and expressed.

Selena (White Moon) in Virgo

Selena in Virgo is extraordinarily strong: she gives a great deal, but in return she also requires self-dedication, support for those who suffer, and constant refinement of the intellect and kindness of heart — everything through which the person earned the powerful protection of the guardian angel in the areas of health and medicine, education and career, and complex, painstaking work. However, they will need to constantly maintain a high level of moral purity in order to preserve these blessings.

The native’s past incarnation was not easy. They fully endured humiliation and injustice from stronger opponents, yet with Christian patience they bore hardships while helping those who were even worse off: healing, comforting, and sharing food and clothing. This may have been help unnoticed by others, or heroic deeds in the conditions of a concentration camp or a city besieged by enemies, but ultimately they saved souls and lives, bringing peace and leading others to a more conscious level of awareness.

Selena in the 4th House

Selena in the Fourth sector symbolizes the support of the mother as the embodiment of an earthly guardian angel, as well as the sacred radiance of the family hearth. If she is located in the first third of the House, the native is protected by the entire maternal family line. Ancestors may appear in dreams and give answers to pressing questions. One of the best and strongest positions of the White Moon also implies a high spiritual mission connected with protecting the traditions of one’s native country, but in order to fulfill it, the person needs to understand the specifics of interacting with the power of ancestral karma.

To achieve success, people with the White Moon in the Fourth House need to develop the talents and abilities that existed in their family line and were passed down to them genetically.

LILITH

Lilith Lilith is considered a demon-temptress, but it is often not understood that at the highest level of consciousness development, she ceases to be a source of danger and, on the contrary, strengthens a person’s talents according to the sign and house in which she is placed.

For this reason, it is very important to bring one’s Lilith out of darkness and into the light. Then the courage for new exploration can manifest on a positive, creative level. This is a fictitious point in the horoscope, not a planet, but its power is often underestimated, while working through it is often considered impossible. However, the right actions and symbolism can work wonders.

Lilith shows the bottom, the darkest side of the person: the dark pit into which the native may fall if they give in to the temptation of lower vibrations and follow the path marked by Lilith. This should be kept in mind when reading a horoscope.

Lilith (Black Moon) in Aries

It intensifies sensuality and attraction to the opposite sex on the one hand, and aggression, a tendency toward coercion and violence on the other. Often, future criminal acts are projected in the subconscious long before they are carried out. This position is found in many military personnel, mercenaries, hired killers, executioners, insurgents, rebels, rapists, as well as in surgeons, pathologists, venereologists, sexologists, and radiologists. It is considered together with Mars, the Sun, Venus, retrograde Pluto, Uranus, Chiron, Saturn, and the First House of the horoscope.

Lilith in the 11th House

In a past life, the person tempted and seduced friends and like-minded people, and no one could resist them. Their sexual force was so uncontrollable that they themselves led an immoral way of life and drew their friends into this circle. Now they need to put an end to the former way of life and leave the vicious circle by any means. In the first half of life, past experience still has a strong influence on the person, so in order to free themselves from the harmful consequences of heightened lust, it is better to choose marriage and the birth of children. However, this position of Lilith may indicate that a child may be born outside marriage or be illegitimate. These people should avoid those whose Sun, Moon, Ascendant, or Midheaven forms a conjunction with the native’s Lilith, because such a person may bring problems, grief, and disappointment, and with certain additional indicators may become the cause of premature death.

PART OF FORTUNE

PART OF FORTUNE

The Part of Fortune represents the path on which a person can achieve the greatest joy and fulfillment. It then becomes obvious that the Part of Fortune has much to do with how well a person meets and overcomes their negative karma, while at the same time creating and accepting the rewards of their positive karma.

The Part of Fortune, like the planet Jupiter, promises abundance. However, it encompasses a significantly larger part of a person’s existence than any specific planet. The Part of Fortune attunes the individual to the environment in which prosperity will be most natural for them, and determines for each person what their unique and special concept of success will be. It also shows the person’s strongest need, defining the keynote to which their entire being resonates.

Part of Fortune in Pisces

To achieve success, such qualities are necessary as receptivity, sensitivity, intuition, peacefulness, understanding of other people’s feelings, compassion, mercy, kindness, and goodwill. Success is supported by a creative spirit, artistic talent, phenomenal or extrasensory abilities, psychic strength, hypnotic abilities, the gift of suggestion and persuasion, rich fantasy, and vivid imagination. In some cases, self-denial and self-sacrifice may be required.

Medicine, including folk medicine, homeopathy, pharmacology, chemistry, and occult sciences may be successful. Literature, poetry, dramaturgy, music, the theater and opera stage, and variety performance may also bring success. Abilities for divination, foresight, and prediction may be used. Here, help from friends and powerful patrons can be expected.

If afflicted, success may be hindered by laziness, apathy, passivity, inconsistency, unreliability, and an excessive attraction to comfort and pleasure. Obstacles of unclear origin are possible.

The Part of Fortune guarantees the favor of superiors and influential people. The individual enjoys increased attention and recognition from those in power, so their career is practically assured, while its development will depend on the configuration of the Part of Fortune with the planets and elements of the horoscope.

VERTEX

VertexIn the western hemisphere of every natal chart, a very important point can be found: the Vertex. It is compared to a handle on the gates of fate, which must be turned so that the doors open and allow the native into a new dimension. This is not just a point, but the peak of a sensitive axis in the horoscope, along which the electric current of karma flows. The Vertex is also called the electric Ascendant. It is activated unexpectedly during truly emotional periods of life.

The sign where this turning point of fate is located is at once an arena of passions, the scenery of the circumstances offered by life, and a clue to what exactly the native should develop within themselves. The aspects of the Vertex show talents and skills that are already present from the beginning, helping the native correspond to the scenario proposed by fate. These are magical tools that help the person pass through trials with honor and gain positive new experience in the houses where the Vertex is placed. More...

All the links below lead to charts calculated using the data from the natal chart form.

Additional understanding of the chart can be gained through:

  1. Fixed Stars in the natal chart. Some planets in the natal chart may behave in very unusual ways, and the cause may be the influence of a star hidden behind the planet or house cusp.

The next step is predictive astrology:

  1. Transit Calculation. This method makes it possible to calculate the transits of moving planets and overlay them on the natal chart. Transiting planets interact with the planets of the natal chart. As a result, an energetic connection arises, activating and awakening various events in a person’s inner and outer life.
