Anthony Hopkins

Welsh actor, director and film producer who has received numerous awards, including two Academy Awards, four BAFTA Awards, two Emmy Awards, a Cecil B. DeMille Award and a British Academy Television Award. In 1993, Queen Elizabeth II knighted him for services to the arts. Hopkins received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2003 and a BAFTA Lifetime Achievement Fellowship from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts in 2008.
On February 9, 2001, Hannibal was released, the sequel to his most chilling role.
At the age of 65, on March 1, 2003, in Malibu, California, Hopkins married 46-year-old antiques saleswoman Stella Arroyave. This is his third marriage.
Hopkins won the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his role in The Father (2020), making it his fourth BAFTA Award and third for Best Actor. He also won a second Academy Award for Best Actor in 2021, becoming the oldest person to win the award in that category. Link to biography.
