Elizabeth Taylor

Elizabeth Taylor is one of the most famous actresses in Hollywood, winner of two Oscars, known not only for her acting talent, but also for her colorful personal life. She was born on February 27, 1932 in London, UK, to an American family. Soon after the start of World War II, her family moved to Los Angeles, where Elizabeth began her acting career as a child.
Her film debut was in 1942 in the film There’s a Child Born Every Minute, but she gained worldwide fame after her role in National Velvet (1944), when she was only 12 years old. Taylor quickly became one of the most popular stars in Hollywood. She starred in such cult films as Cleopatra (1963), Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (1958) and Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1966), for which she received her second Oscar.
In addition to her acting career, Taylor was known for her personal life, including eight marriages, two of which were to actor Richard Burton. Her love of luxury and diamonds also became legendary, cementing her image as a true Hollywood icon.
Elizabeth was also an active philanthropist, especially in the fight against the AIDS epidemic. She founded a foundation to fight the disease and helped draw world attention to the problem.

Karma is not retribution, but rather inertia, when a person attracts similar situations from one life to another. Retrograde Planets
