Linda Hunt

Linda Hunt is an American actress, born April 2, 1945 in Morristown, New Jersey, USA. Her real name is Lydia Susan Hunter. She is known for her unique voice and short stature (137 cm), which has become one of her calling cards in the world of cinema and theater.
Linda Hunt began her acting career in the theater, and later moved to film and television. Her first major film role was in the film The Ghost of Bob Hope (1980).
Her most significant role is in the film The Year of Living Dangerously (1982), where she played photographer Billy Kwan. For this role, she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, becoming the first actress to win an Oscar for playing a character of the opposite sex.
Hunt is also known for her role in the television series NCIS: Los Angeles, where she has played case manager Hattie Lange since 2009.
In addition to her work in film and television, Linda Hunt is an active voice actor for films and documentaries. Her voice can be heard in various cartoons, as well as video games.

KARMIC INDICATORS

Karmic indicators help a person become aware of deep-rooted problems that go back to past lives, and begin working on themselves in order to overcome them and improve both this life and, potentially, the next one. Karmic problems should not be understood as punishment for misdeeds and sins, as karma is usually interpreted in the everyday sense. Karma is not retribution, but rather inertia, when a person attracts similar situations from one life to another. From a karmic point of view, every element of the natal chart can be interpreted without exception. However, the most important indicators of karma in the horoscope are retrograde planets, if any, and the Lunar Nodes.

Retrograde Planets

Retrograde planets are always connected with turning back to the past. The more retrograde planets a person has in the horoscope, the stronger their connection with the past. A retrograde planet also points to an unresolved task from a past life, unfinished business, or unrealized abilities. It forces the person to take up again what could not be completed in the past. Retrograde Venus — Individuality

A person with retrograde Venus differs noticeably from a person with Venus in direct motion. Here, there is a tendency to create grievances and wounds within and work through them internally, whereas Venus in direct motion would try to work them through outwardly. Often, retrograde Venus not only creates these grievances and wounds, but also tends to exaggerate their effect. Excessive emphasis is placed on the lack of love in the individual’s life. For such a person, the path of love does not flow smoothly.

Excessively shy, they usually doubt whether people pay attention to them. Not always certain of their likes and dislikes, they experience a discrepancy between their life and their awareness of it. But in doing so, they semi-consciously continue pushing others away so that no one truly comes to know them deeply enough to threaten the small degree of confidence and security on which they have based their identity. In this position, the individual blocks themselves from happiness by trying too hard to achieve it.

Retrograde Venus — Karma

When Venus is retrograde, the individual carries with them a misunderstanding of love from a past life. The emotional pain was so strong that they now cut themselves off from fully experiencing the richness of love because they are afraid of being wounded again. Whether male or female, there is great difficulty in relationships with the opposite sex in the current life.

Trying to live in the present, they endlessly recreate the past memory of love from a previous incarnation, which continues to elude them. They react to the present as if they are actually living in their past. In this sense, they are fixed at some point in time, and no matter what they do, there will hardly be the forward movement they say they want.

In men’s charts, this sometimes indicates karma connected with homosexuality. But even homosexuality has its levels, ranging from an openly homosexual man who tries to politically promote homosexuality to the world, to a man who will not tolerate even the word in his presence, who is married but looks for every opportunity to avoid women while proving his masculinity. In the life of the latter type of man, everything revolves around male friends. Under the pretext of attending clubs, associations, and so on, he avoids the company of women. He may function respectably in society, but he is still a latent homosexual. Less often, similar reactions are found in women with retrograde Venus.

The most noticeable karmic pattern is that the individual, whether male or female, has a strong tendency to distrust most offers of love, feeling that those who make these offers usually have hidden motives.

Retrograde Venus in Taurus

Here, the individual feels most comfortable during Phase III of the retrograde process, when they can immerse themselves in everything they acquired in the past. They constantly identify their sense of security and self-worth with what they have accomplished or subconsciously absorbed from past incarnations, as well as from every previous moment up to the present.

In some cases, this individual is karmically attached to a love from a past life that was never fully realized. As a result, the amount or quality of love in this life never really seems sufficient to fill the empty space left by that past relationship. They are accustomed to a feeling of absolute security and will not settle for a love in this life that offers them anything less.

In the younger years, they apparently are shy, and in later life they withdraw into themselves, while silently pleading with other people to draw them out. They want someone to reach out to them, but do not want to admit it. They try quietly to attract others to themselves, yet at the same time they fear them. Their greatest problem is that they try to crystallize certain feelings at the beginning of their life and, as the years and circumstances of experience fly by, they desperately try to apply past feelings to every new situation. When this does not work, they begin to subconsciously believe that at least part of the world is passing them by.

Their expectations in relationships with the opposite sex are unusually unrealistic because of the powerful self-deception they have clung to for many years. If there is an individual who can silently gather splinter after splinter until they are actually carrying an invisible tree, it is a person with retrograde Venus in Taurus.

Retrograde Venus in the Eleventh House

This is one of the most difficult positions for retrograde Venus, since it distracts from the creative process. The individual rarely experiences a sense of calm. Venus’s tolerance is disturbed by eternal passive curiosity during Phase I of the retrograde process. The person reaches for satisfaction in many different directions at once. Sometimes their sense of reality is so unique that the individual almost completely detaches from their identity on the earthly level. They want to try everything, but do not know why. At times, thoughts take such possession of them that the dishonest greed they see in others on the material level is a reflection of what they themselves are doing mentally. They must learn to sort through their thoughts, because although each new whim and fantasy that attracts them is beautiful in itself, their mixture may be so disharmonious that the person feels uncomfortable.

Personal rejection ultimately causes them to become more detached. Exploring many spheres and possibilities of thought in the universe, they do not always know how to combine them in their personal life. Nevertheless, they can help other people more than themselves.

One of their greatest difficulties is that their secret desire to experience everything for themselves keeps them apart from the rest of humanity, which they love so tenderly. Some people with this Venus position go through strange sexual experiences, since the need for exploration always pulls them beyond the limits of social norms. In past incarnations, they experienced many different things that attracted them. Now they are constantly seeking what they have not yet experienced. Their dreams may be unrealistic, but the qualities of their character are such that the restrictions of traditional society cannot hold them back. Retrograde Jupiter - Individuality

A native with retrograde Jupiter is a living truth unto themselves. Their ideas about right and wrong, about the morality of the world through which they travel, and about the honesty of other people’s opinions have little influence on what they feel within. In an attempt to be fair, this native develops their own unique set of standards.
